Terms of Service

Clash Club (the “Service”) is operated by VN Esports Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms govern your use of the Service at clashclub.app and any related domains.

By creating an account, linking a Clash of Clans account, or enrolling in a competition, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the global Rules. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• You must be at least 13 years old, in line with Supercell's own minimum age for Clash of Clans.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.
• You must own the Clash of Clans account(s) you link to Clash Club and play them yourself.

We authenticate users via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. We are not responsible for unauthorised access caused by you sharing credentials.

You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing us. Deletion removes your profile and linked tag mappings; tournament history may be retained in anonymised form for record-keeping.

You agree to follow the global Rules in addition to these Terms. We may suspend, disqualify, or permanently ban any user found to be in breach.

Competitions are described on each competition's page. By enrolling, you accept that competition's specific rules, schedule, and tier eligibility, in addition to these Terms and the global Rules.

Scoring uses a single trophy reading per round at a fixed time, ranked from highest to lowest. Players in the wrong tier or whose data is unavailable at the scoring time receive a penalty rank. See the FAQ for the full mechanic.

At the time of writing, all competitions on Clash Club are free to enter and award no monetary prize. Winners receive recognition on the public leaderboard only.

When paid competitions launch, these Terms will be updated to cover entry fees, payout terms, refund and cancellation policy, tax responsibility, and any escrow arrangements. Paid features will require renewed consent to the updated Terms.

Clash Club relies on Supercell's public Clash of Clans API to read trophy data. If that API is unavailable or returns incorrect data, scoring and live leaderboards may be delayed, missing, or wrong. We will do our best to recover, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes when an upstream we don't control fails.

“Clash of Clans” and all related game assets and trademarks are property of Supercell Oy. Clash Club is fan-made and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Supercell. The Clash Club name, logo, brand, and platform code are property of VN Esports Ltd.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of scoring, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be free of errors, downtime, or security incidents.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VN Esports Ltd, its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) GBP 50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or the global Rules, or if continued service is impractical for technical, legal, or security reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by notice on the site. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, except that nothing limits your statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence.
